"Amalfi is a beautiful city. Unfortunately it's crowded with tourists. Public transport is horrible... Very long, overcrowded... That's a very bad point. "

"We had a great stay in your hotel in Amalfi. From reception to cleaning staff all were very friendly and helpful. The toom was perfect, bed was comfortable, breakfast was great. Will come again!"

"Unfortunately, over tourism is affecting Amalfi. Bus after bus after ferry load of tourists. We visited at the beginning of May, I can’t imagine what peak season will be like this year.
After speaking to some of the locals, some control needs to be taken by authorities."

"A wonderful place to visit. I enjoyed Valle dei Ferriere so much.
The SITA bus stop in Salerno needs to be more clearly signposted, as does the requirement to buy a ticket before boarding.
Valle dei Mulini and the routes to Pogerole/Pontone also need better signposting in Amalfi - I could not find them easily. Likewise there is no sign in Pogerole indicating the trail to Amalfi."

"Migliorare il servizio bus. Prevedere file separate e ordinate per accedere ai bus evitando “l’assalto alla diligenza” per salire con i soliti “furbetti” che si mettono davanti a tutti come arriva il bus.
Rendere disponibile i parcheggi per le auto degli ospiti in quantità adeguata alla ricettività e con prezzi accessibili.
Prevedere segnalazioni alle partenze dei traghetti che indichino la destinazione, la compagnia e l’orario dei traghetti in arrivo. Abbiamo visto parecchie persone salire su traghetti con destinazione sbagliata o con operatore diverso da quello programmato."
